Alicia Mogent, founder of CiaFit. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. She offers a personalized approach to healing with real food, supplementation, and movement to connect with the root cause of your health and build a lifestyle that resonates with you. My biggest struggle was food. I was scared to eat but loved moving my body. This had led me down a horrible path. I realized I was always working against myself, and not with myself. I was doing things that were tailored for others and not what was right for my own body, until I started asking my body what it needed to feel supported and nourished.
I work a lot with strength training and gut healing. I take a 4 step approach to getting to the root cause through customization for what my clients need.
