a seasonal approach. I started to heal when I started to put the seasons as a pillar in my health. Prepare the body for the Winter during Autumn so you can bloom in the Spring and breeze through the Summer.

Alicia Mogent, founder of CiaFit. She is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and Certified Personal Trainer from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition in Toronto. She offers a personalized approach to healing with real food, supplementation, and movement to connect with the root cause of your health and build a lifestyle that resonates with you. You no longer have to guess but now understand how to "Optimize You" through our work together.

My biggest struggle was food. I was scared to eat but loved moving my body. This had led me down a horrible path. I realized I was always working against myself, and not with myself. I was doing things that were tailored for others and not what was right for my own body, until I started asking my body what it needed to feel supported and nourished.

I work a lot with strength training and gut healing. I take a 4 step approach to getting to the root cause through customization for what my clients need.

I want to support you in the best way.
